42 year old female, came to the office in pain, 101 fever, fatigued and lethargic with increased heart palpitation. To avoid septicemia she received an IM injection of Cephalexin before surgery.

The diseased gum was removed. The underlying bone was cleaned using piezotome. Her own bone and gum from a different site of the mouth was transplanted.
